Guilty Deceptions

I was a teenager when I first heard about the Maggie Vail murder, and I soon became obsessed with the case. Victorian forensics were inexperienced, and I considered the possibility of getting it wrong.

In 2015, I had an idea to write about Maggie and John. But, my original tell-all book was lacking something. It needed mystery and fiction to make it more interesting. It took me several years and drafts to get it right. But, the ending of the story was lacking as well. So, I did a bit of reading and planning. I changed the main thread of my story until I crafted what I have today. An experience that all my readers love.
