Sorry that I wasn't able to give an update on Thursday. I had an appointment that day and things got pretty busy. I barely wrote a word.
I'm back in the swing of things now though and I got a couple of updates to share.
Two of a Kind
This project is coming along nicely. I'm on the final draft of the manuscript and am averaging about 5000 words a day. I'm on Chapter four currently, and I can't see why I won't have this book finished by the end of the month.
Guilty Deceptions
I have been promoting this like crazy, and it isn't much but I actually sold a paperback this month. If I could only get a few more reviews it should take off.
The good news is that I met a fellow New Brunswick Author with an established blog, and I'm going to be guest blogging in March! Guilty Deceptions should get more exposure especially when they learn that it is based on the Maggie Vail case. That should be interesting.
Dark Jealousy
I paused working on this project to complete Two of a Kind. I must also admit at the time I was frustrated because I had put so much hard work into Guilty Deceptions and thought maybe I went down the wrong road to publish it. Those feels have passed and I will pick up working on Dark Jealousy as soon as I'm finished with Two of a Kind.
Office Space
Since getting my new desk, I feel that I'm working longer than I used to. My day (Which normally starts at 6AM, consists on most days of me sitting at my desk working on my writing. I normally write off and on all day, until about 6PM. This is how I'm averaging 5000 words a day.
I figure I'll be working on Dark Jealousy by next month, but things might change for me before that.
